Humane Society of the Felicianas

The Humane Society of the Felicianas is a new animal shelter in the poor community of East Feliciana parish of Louisiana. Feral cats are a constant problem due to not having a facility to help keep the overpopulation under control. Our new animal shelter would like to have a hospital surgery suite in our local parish. Currently, our trappers for TNR cats have to go to Baton Rouge or other locations that are willing to help with vouchers or grant money from the shelter. A local hospital would be a total game changer for our  struggling community.
