This beautiful girl is Autumn! She might look like she's a happy and loved puppy, but sadly Autumn was surrendered by her owner to a rural VA shelter. At only 6 months old, Autumn is already learning how sad life can be in a shelter. She sits in her cage every day just waiting for a kind person to come back and save her. Unfortunately, she has been passed over time and time again. The shelter often has to euthanize animals to make room for others coming in, and Homeward Trails does not want this sweetheart to end up on that short list.
