We are devastated by the loss of our colleague and friend Lynn (Nalintip) Oldham who passed away February 18 at the age of 43. She is survived by her parents, sister May, her nephews Keiran and Sterling, her rescued dog Summer and her two cats Sammy and Lobo.
Lynn loved animals and enjoyed the outdoors, during her time with us she rescued at least three dogs and two cats. She also championed multiple causes including the Humane Rescue Alliance and Food and Friends. Love of animals and giving back to community were her most cherished values. To honor her memory, we have set a goal of $5,000 to Homeward Trails Animal Rescue, which can sponsor at least 10-15 dogs by providing medical care including but not limited to testing, heartworm medication, and lifesaving vaccines. We believe supporting this organization would be a fitting tribute to her. Please note you can continue to donate even if we meet our initial goal to sponsor five dogs.
Homeward Trails has several dogs on their site up for adoption and featured profiles of dogs that need medical care. To access more information about the non-profit and donations you can access their website here - Homeward Trails Animal Rescue.
In lieu of flowers or gifts, we kindly ask that you consider making a donation in Lynn’s name. Your generosity during this difficult time will not only honor Lynn’s legacy but also support a meaningful cause dear to her heart.
