Bob is a friendly, 3-year-old, black lab/basset mix whose owner recently passed away. This poor boy had no one else he could go to, so he was unfortunately surrendered to a shelter in West Virginia. All he has ever known is life with his owner, so he is confused, scared, and sad. He came in with some skin issues, but he has been treated and is on the mend.
