Jason Needed Out of Puerto Rico

Recently our team at Homeward Trails received the devastating news that our foster, friend, and founder of Barks of Hope in Puerto Rico, Leo has recurring breast cancer. Leo has undergone surgery as part of her treatment which has required her to leave her home and rescue compound to spend the next month in San Juan, more than 2 hours away. She has been frightened for herself and the dogs and stressed about getting them all safe. 

Homeward Trails has already taken in 3 of these desperately in need dogs and we are hoping to be able to take Jason in as well.  Jason is just 11 months old and the sibling to Nadia, who is already in our care.
