Rita is ready for a new home. This 10-month-old had a home and a family, but her owner dropped her off at the shelter in West Virginia. The shelter doesn't get a lot of foot traffic, so Rita's odds of getting adopted aren't great. We think this sweet and friendly pup will be quickly snapped up in northern Virginia. We just need to raise the money to bring her here.
