Pup Survived a Possible Snake Bite!

Little Rowdy is lucky to be alive. This young 6 month old lab mix came into a rural VA shelter with a pretty bad injury to his leg. After x-rays and an exam, it seems like Rowdy may have been bit by a spider or even a snake! Rowdy is a fighter though and didn't let his injury get him down. He went on crate rest and was able to make a full recovery. Now that Rowdy is feeling his best physically, he is ready to go start his new life with the help of a rescue!
