We FLEW Selena to safety where she gave birth to 9 puppies an hour after landing.
Selena, shown above is just one of dozens of moms and babies we will try to save this summer. Each story is more heartbreaking than the next.
The calls arrive at all times. The need is urgent. A pregnant mom dog or cat, or one with newborn babies face euthanasia if we cannot move immediately to get them safe.
Our team kicks into overdrive - cars, vans and PLANES (yes, planes) are coordinated to get them out of the shelter or the field to fosters and veterinarians near and far.
The cost is great - so many are sick or injured needing care right away. Babies are struggling and need round-the-clock attention.
Orphaned babies need bottle feeders or a nursing mother who will take them on.
They ALL deserve a chance to live. We cannot do this without your support.
