Buffy's owner let her down

Buffy is only 3 months old, but has already suffered heartbreak. This schnauzer was found as a stray along with a few other dogs. The owner was tracked down, but told the rescuers he wanted nothing to do with the dogs. Poor Buffy, at just months old, was stuck heading to a shelter in rural Virginia.
