Meet Itsy and Bitsy, two cute as a button Chi mixes that where rescued from an overcrowded home in WVA. These two dogs have endured the unthinkable, but now they are safe with one of our shelter partners. These adorable pups have a lot of love to give and we want to help them find their forever home.
