Rosemarie was seized from a bad situation and those years of neglect left its mark on her dental health. This hound has some bad tartar and major gum inflammation. We don't want her dental health to hold her back from being adopted - with an adopter afraid to take on a dog who will need an additional expense in the very near future. Help us take care of getting Rosemarie her dental so she can more easily find an adopter.
