Desperate for a Loving Home

Handsome boy Cooper, a 2 year old beagle/Jack Russell Terrier mix, was found as a stray in rural Virginia. We have no idea what hardships he's faced, but we can see nothing but love in his brown eyes. Luckily he is off the streets before winter sets in, but Cooper is struggling in the overcrowded shelter. Sadly his chances of getting adopted in rural Virginia are low and that's why we need to intervene.
