You all helped Yam get out of the shelter and to Homeward Trails last week - saving her life. Well she needs a little more help. Once she arrived, Yam tested positive for heartworm disease. This is a death sentence if left untreated. Treatment is expensive, but will let Yam live a long and healthy life. Please help her clear this last hurdle.
